The innovative IRX infrared burner technology ensures efficient and consistent cooking results. The electronic spark ignition and pilot protection provide added safety and convenience. The griddle also comes with wire knob guards and two drawers for easy storage. Made with stainless steel front, sides, and front top ledge, this griddle is durable and easy to clean. The front grease trough and back and tapered side splashes help to contain messes.
